Skin colour,texture can easily be maintained by using dermatologically tested and research proven cosmetics which are carcinogens and endocrine-disrupting chemicals free. Apart from using suitable cosmetic what else can I do to take care of my Skin? This question will most people ask.

Most often, many people use to neglect the fact that skin needs enough food to gain this shiny, healthy and radiant look . The type of food that supply the skin the nutrients it needs to be more healthy  are fruits and vegetables.Research has proved that what you eat, how frequently, and how much may have an effect on quality and years of life.

  3. Avoid constant exposure to sun to reduce the risk of skin cancer and speeding up the effect of aging.Note the sun is usually stronger between the hour of 11.am and 3.pm.
  4. Avoid smoking and drinking to prevent complexion damage and other risk attached.
