The skin is the outer layer of human body. It is very sensitive and delicate and needs to be handled with care.

The skin helps you to make a good impression though it is not always easy to create this good impression since the skin can be temperamental and tends to demand for more attention. If the skin is not well taking care of it will give an unpleasant look.
There are some basic things you need to consider first before choosing a skin care product ( body cream and cleanser ) to enable you know the cosmetics that best suite your skin type.

To have a full and clear knowledge of your skin you need to consult a dermatologist ( a dermatologist is a skin doctor) to know which of the skin type your skin falls in among these five basic skin types: Oily skin,Normal skin,Sensitive skin,Dry and combination skin. Having the clear knowledge of your skin will save you from the harm of cream reaction.
Note: For a sensitive skin according to dermatologist research, Facial cleansers with sand or peach pits or cleanser that contains large amount of benzoyl peroxide,alpha-hydroxy-acid (AHA) ,beta-hydroxy-acid (BHA) and exfoliants should be avoid to prevent redness of your skin but cleanser made with castile soap(olive oil based soap) which are gentle and mild to your skin will do you good.picture of an old woman

It is extremely important to take care of an ageing skin in regards to fighting off
wrinkles, age spot and fine lines. Scientists are discovering that what you eat, how frequently, and how much may have an effect on quality and years of life. Of particular interest has been calorie restriction, a diet that is lower by a specific percent of calories than the normal diet but includes all needed nutrients. Research in some animals has shown calorie restriction of up to 40 percent fewer calories than normal to have an impressive positive effect on disease, markers of ageing, and, perhaps, life span.
There other methods to keep an aging skin from being visible such as:
Use of antioxidant .Antioxidants protect the body from the harmful effects of by-products known as free radicals, made normally when the body changes oxygen and food into energy. The discovery of antioxidants raised hopes that people could slow ageing simply by adding them to the diet. So far, studies of antioxidant-laden foods and supplements in humans have yielded little support for this conclusion. Further research, including large-scale epidemiological studies, might clarify whether dietary antioxidants can help people live longer, healthier lives. For now, although the effectiveness of dietary antioxidant supplementation remains controversial,

Eating fruits and vegetables. This is a natural way enabling peaceful ageing, there is positive evidence for it's health benefits.

Surgical method. These method have strong side effect which result
women looking stiff and ungracefully-aged. As a result of this it is, the latest trends
revolved around using organic and natural beauty products.

Healthy eating and exercise and physical activity help promote healthy ageing.
Although,it is not easy to always to obtain natural and organic beauty products,but there other interventions to enable graceful and peaceful ageing in women .

NIA-supported and other studies are taking a look at the possible benefits and risks of a number of approaches, including antioxidants, calorie restriction, and hormone supplements to improve happy  and peaceful ageing.

Conclusion
It is a good idea to be skeptical of claims that any supplements can solve your age-related problems.and always have it in mind that scientist have proved that eating enough of  fruit are of benefit.
