Hair Care And Maintenance

How to take Care  of the Hair
Hair is a protein filament that grows from follicles found in the demis, or skin.
Hair is one of the defining characteristics of mammals. The human body, apart from areas of glabrous skin is covered in follicles which produce thick terminal and fine vellus hair. Most common interest in hair is focused on hair growth hair types and hair care, but hair is also an important biomaterial primarily composed of protein, notably keratin. Attitudes towards hair, such as hairstyles and hair removal, vary widely across different cultures and historical periods, but it is often used to indicate a person's personal beliefs or social position, such as their age, gender, or religion.
The hair is important that it reflects the personality of an individual. However, most people tend to neglect the fact that their hair needs intensive care But rather, they tends to concentrate more on their face and physique and clothing style, having the mindset that with a clean face and trendy dress, any hairstyle is good to go with as long as it does not make them look haggard. This idea sometimes work out but most times embarrassing because not all hairstyle goes with all dress styles.

It is absolutely important to put the hair in a proper shape when it comes to beauty and looking good this is applicable to both sex, especially the ladies. It is absolutely a true fact the hairstyle you wear most at times defines your beauty or tells your level and class when it comes to dressing and fashion.
Hair properly cared for tends to have a good texture and colour but for an unkempt hair its the opposite.

Most a times people mistake taking care of the hair to constant use of extensions  and styling it but with this they got it all wrong for this only weaken and damage the hair an even change its natural colour to a poor and unhealthy colour.
To some black women, attaining "good hair" means either straightening or using extensions. Straightening involves the application of products containing sodium hydroxide, which a dermatologist and a chemist describe as potentially dangerous to the scalp and even to inhale in quantity (your lungs might get straightened). Leave it on too long, and your scalp or face can be burned -- something that has happened to some of the woman.
I imagine a good many black women would say that having "good hair" simply means having hair that is healthy, strong and abundant. Why must it also be straight? Yes, many black women enjoy their straight hair, whether natural or by way of extensions. They look great. But often they go back and forth among hairstyles; that is the way of women, unlike the male clods who settle on a hairstyle in grade school and stick with it .
Extensions involve braiding long swatches of hair to existing hair.
It may help to recall that another name for sodium hydroxide is "lye."Because of the high incidence and intensity of chemical burns, chemical relaxer manufacturers have now switched to other alkaline chemicals." Modern relaxers can also burn if left on too long, but they won't eat up your Coke cans.

Conclusion
To maintain and grow hair that is already weak you will need to introduce raponzo's method that is to say you will need to cut or trim out the weak and damaged ends to at least halve inch length;though most ladies find it difficult but it is the best way to get a good result.

Having the clear knowledge of your skin will save you from the harm of cream reaction.
Note: For a sensitive skin according to dermatologist research, Facial cleansers with sand or peach pits or cleanser that contains large amount of benzoyl peroxide,alpha-hydroxy-acid (AHA) ,beta-hydroxy-acid (BHA) and exfoliants should be avoid to prevent redness of your skin but cleanser made with castile soap(olive oil based soap) which are gentle and mild to your skin will do you good.picture of an old woman

Care of an ageing skin

It is extremely important to take care of an ageing skin in regards to fighting off
wrinkles, age spot and fine lines. Scientists are discovering that what you eat, how frequently, and how much may have an effect on quality and years of life. Of particular interest has been calorie restriction, a diet that is lower by a specific percent of calories than the normal diet but includes all needed nutrients. Research in some animals has shown calorie restriction of up to 40 percent fewer calories than normal to have an impressive positive effect on disease, markers of ageing, and, perhaps, life span.
There other methods to keep an aging skin from being visible such as:
Use of antioxidant .Antioxidants protect the body from the harmful effects of by-products known as free radicals, made normally when the body changes oxygen and food into energy. The discovery of antioxidants raised hopes that people could slow ageing simply by adding them to the diet. So far, studies of antioxidant-laden foods and supplements in humans have yielded little support for this conclusion. Further research, including large-scale epidemiological studies, might clarify whether dietary antioxidants can help people live longer, healthier lives. For now, although the effectiveness of dietary antioxidant supplementation remains controversial,

Eating fruits and vegetables. This is a natural way enabling peaceful ageing, there is positive evidence for it's health benefits.

Surgical method. These method have strong side effect which result
women looking stiff and ungracefully-aged. As a result of this it is, the latest trends

Although,it is not easy to always to obtain natural and organic beauty products, but there other interventions to enable graceful and peaceful ageing in women .

NIA-supported and other studies are taking a look at the possible benefits and risks of a number of approaches, including antioxidants, calorie restriction, and hormone supplements to improve happy  and peaceful ageing.

Conclusion
